American born Kelly Wearstler approached her FREQUENCY collection for Georg Jensen with a desire to reflect both the raw power of the Californian coast and the timeless minimal aesthetic for which Georg Jensen is famed. The result has a sculptural quality that is both dramatic and warm, yet it also possesses a true feeling of lightness and modernity.
A tall handmade glass shade is held in a undulating ribbon of stainless steel that reflects the candle within, giving a sense of fluidity and lightness. The FREQUENCY hurricane lantern is made from stainless steel with a mirror polished surface that encircles a hand made glass shade. The glass is frost proof and the lantern is suitable for outside use.
All homeware comes beautifully packaged in unique Georg Jensen presentation boxes.
